It felt authentic. it was not flashy, just heartfelt cypriot hospitality. the atmosphere felt warm and cute. the spa experience was really good. I appreciated the attention to detail.
i found one minor issue. the front desk staff member at check-in was a little impatient. she was a bit sharp, though the rest of the staff were friendly!

the allocated sunloungers eliminated any stress related to securing a spot. the gym facilities included well maintained equipment. but the rooms were really good

the hotel location met our expectations, it was right on the beach.
the front desk staff who checked me in seemed impatient. an error occurred and she didnt apologize for it. water was not provided daily in the room and was instead charged, i had to argue to get complimentary water. drinks were added to my bill from the bar, but someone else signed for them.
